I work at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution in my current role doing digital fundraising and content at VoteShift.
Digital Fundraising & Content Coordinator
I help progressive candidates and causes turn their priorities into digital fundraising and content across email, SMS, and social media.
Working alongside strategists and designers, I write fundraising copy, coordinate content calendars, and produce video and graphic content. I help plan donor journeys and rapid-response campaigns, then use performance data to refine the next message.
Values-driven storytelling that balances urgency, personalization, and a clear call to action across email and SMS.
Shooting, editing, captioning, and distributing video and graphic content in collaboration with design and strategy.
Content calendars, multi-touch donor journeys, and rapid-response campaigns that keep messaging consistent.
Reviewing opens, clicks, conversions, and average donation size to inform messaging, timing, and audience segmentation.

Campaign creative, account management, and production developed with the BerlinRosen Campaigns & Creative Services team.

As a Junior Account Executive on BerlinRosen’s Campaigns & Creative Services teams, I helped connect the idea on the page to the work it took to produce it.
From February to November 2024, I refined direct-mail and social messaging, participated in client strategy sessions, and partnered with strategists, designers, copywriters, and production staff. I also managed timelines, budgets, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and print production.
Messaging development, creative consistency, and collaboration on the brand, style, and direction of campaign pieces.
Keeping feedback, budgets, schedules, and production moving together, from the initial brief through final delivery.
Selected work created as part of the BerlinRosen team. My role combined account management and creative collaboration; design was a shared team effort.
A closer look at the visual systems and formats across the work.
Luis Mata’s story as an immigrant from Mexico shaped this bilingual campaign introduction, connecting his background with the community he was running to represent.
Bright colors, hand-lettered phrases, and torn-paper textures draw on the energy of lucha libre, presenting Luis as a community hero. English and Spanish work together throughout the design to tell his story.
As a bilingual Mexican creative, I translated the Spanish version and brought cultural context to the telling of Luis’s immigrant story. Alongside BerlinRosen designers, I refined messaging, collaborated on creative direction, and coordinated the path to production.
We worked on mail for Michelle Hinchey’s re-election covering housing, utility costs, the environment, and Proposition 1. For the housing piece, we wanted to give people a picture of what her work could make possible.
We worked with an outside artist who drew the restored house by hand. Paired with a photo of the abandoned building, the drawing let people imagine it becoming a home again. It gave Michelle’s housing message something concrete: a glimpse of what could come next with her re-election.
I worked with the BerlinRosen team to help bring these pieces together, contributing to the creative and coordinating production. The housing piece brought our team’s work and the artist’s drawing together to help tell that story.
The supplied work spans a palm card, a poster treatment, and longer-form mail layouts.
Black and gold, oversized typography, and portrait-led layouts carry across formats. A map-based piece and a problem-and-solution layout organize more detailed information while retaining the same identity.
I worked with BerlinRosen designers on this collection, bringing creative collaboration and account support to a program with multiple formats.
The supplied program includes biography-led pieces, issue-focused layouts, and contrast mail.
The biography pieces repeat navy and gold, condensed typography, and the paired “Pastor” and “Patriot” theme. Other pieces use distinct visual treatments, including a broken-piggy-bank metaphor, while keeping a clear headline hierarchy.
I helped work on these pieces with the BR design team. The collection shows the range of creative and production work supported within the broader mail program.
The supplied collection moves from biography and a personal letter to education, economic development, endorsements, and contrast pieces.
Serif headlines, gold and navy accents, and community photography establish the candidate identity. The contrast pieces introduce collage, document textures, and a puzzle motif as a separate visual treatment.
I collaborated with the BR team on these materials. My wider role connected messaging and creative consistency with budgets, timelines, vendors, and final print production.
I joined strategy conversations and helped translate campaign priorities into messaging and creative direction with the team.
I refined copy and collaborated with designers, writers, and strategists to keep the message and visual direction aligned.
I managed timelines, budgets, purchase orders, and vendor coordination across the project workflow.
I coordinated print production and delivery, keeping the finished materials aligned with the approved scope and schedule.
I worked with the team on the intended mailing universe and how each piece fit the broader program. The case studies here focus on the finished creative and my production responsibilities; specific recipient criteria and delivery plans are not documented in this portfolio.
